I went in DD's on Quail Lakes and Inhave never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service in my Life! As the cashier began to ring my $241.00 worth of items she balled them up and stuffed in a bag! I purchased these items for my grandkids. I began to fold the items but she stuffed them in balls in the bag. So I looked st the register behind me and she was doing the same thing so I asked the cashier was this normal and without any remorse she said "yeah" I asked for a manager and come to find out the manager was the cashier behind me. So my cashier yelled to her and said hey she wants a manager she wants to know why we don't fold clothes and the manager yelled back because we're not trained to do that! I almost cancelled but the look on my sons's face I just continued to fold my clothes which my son started helping me with. She over stuffed the bag I had to tell her the bag was busted and before I knew it she was asking the next customer in line to place their things on the counter.

I went into a DD's discount store and ran into the most dishonest store manager I could ever imagine. She told me that they could not take back some of their clothing items because they were dirty. This is the same way the clothing was purchased. As I pointed out that clothese are laying on the dirty floor now. If I bought one and took it home to try it on they would not take it back. Or once I purchased it it is my problem. I could not believe this situation. I asked, Margarita, store manager for the headquarter or corporate phone number she gave me a sprint cell phone number. This shows that this manager is very dishonest. The location of this dd's is on Jefferson and Hampton St, Dallas, Tx

I was in line for over 20 minutes in this store and when I got up to the line and wrote them a check, they treated me like I was stealing from them. They were rude....Rosario was the cashier and she was so slow and rude it was appalling in front of all of the other customers waiting. The so called supervisor Monique Leyva was just as rude as the cashier, they would not take my check for 32 dollars because I would not recite my address to them out loud. the loss prevention guy that was there threatened to put his hands on me and made a comment about me working for the State....he said people who work for the State don't shop at DD's. I will never again shop there, Ross, Inc. needs to stop hiring these ghetto low life ignorant people who have no desire to smile or provide customer service and get people in the store who will take pride in their job and not treat people the way I was treated today.....I SAY THAT WE SHOULD BOYCOTT DD'S DISCOUNT UNTIL ROSS INC. PROVIDES US THE "CUSTOMER" WITH THE SERVICE THAT WE "DESERVE"!!!!
