My wife and I went to this "company"/"place of business" and I use those terms with very little respect.We rented a front load washer and dryer set,two(2)weeks into the contract ownsmart calls us and proceeds to tell us that the contract that they(ownsmart) and my wife and I signed was no good stating that we was going to have to pay over 1500.00 dollars more.We refused to sign another contract with them so they said they would "CUT US A DEAL" and only charge us 1000.00 more than the original contract...NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY ARE SELLING A USED WASHER AND DRYER NOW! I wish I could only give a half star on the rating for ownsmart but I can't so I can only give it 1 star!
