I am a new resident to Georgia and since moving here one of my top priorities has been to find an excellent day spa. In September I went to one spa and my experience was remarkable. However as I had to wait at least 45 minutes past my original appointment time, and had to ask the hostess to reschedule me for the following day, well I left feeling very angry. However, shortly after leaving I reveived a call and an apology so I went back the following day. Despite my disappointment the day before, my experience at this spa was superb. However, I wanted to experience another spa and then I would make a decision thereafter as it relates to where I would settle for future spa visits. Therefore I decided to try massage envy. I would not recommend this 'spa' to anyone. In fact I wouldn't consider it a spa at all. When you hear spa you think of relaxation, destressing and pampering to name a few. This place does not provide any of the above. The location is terribly situated, right beside the Walmart. The lobby area is uninviting and please don't go there when it is sunny outside; the chairs in the lobby are extremely hot and there are no drapes so the sunshine comes in on you while you wait. The front desk staff are simply ordinary. The so called relaxation room does not create no such ambiance for relaxation. The room where you receive your massage is way below acceptable standard. I felt like I was in a warehouse the entire time and especially as I walked to the bathroom.The staff lacks customer service. If you pay for one hour trust me you will get 45 minutes instead. Finally for those who are frequent spa customers you will recall that it is important for you to get water to drink at the end of your session to prevent dehydration ...well you can expect to get a small amount of water in a small foam cup. I went there for the very first time and I can boldly say I would never go back or recommend that anyone go to this place for pampering.I would call Massage Envy Stockbridge a massage parlor if so much and not a spa.

I got a gift card for Mother's Day and have been trying to make a appointment several times. When I tell them I want to try for the end of the week they always ask if I'm a member. Then they tell me they are booked up. The 1st available appt will be Monday. I never want another GC from this place. Next time it will be back to Scarlett's Retreat for me !!!

GREAT place for massage! Been coming for 2 years now and never had a bad experience. Signed up for a membership a few months ago, and it's been fantastic.
