Horrible Customer Service-the manager is very rude. I decided to visit the salon because my regular salon was busy. The manager actually held a towel in my face with nail polish/powder on it and asked me if I see the towel and why did I do that to the towel (I assume this is the towel which she provided to me while removing my SNS color). She then proceeds to say that the next time I would have to pay for the towel and kept going on about it and trying to argue with me.
I was in disbelief. I politely let her know that there will be no next time. I also informed her that she is in a NAIL SALON if you do not want polish on your towels, do not provide them to customers. Also, if you are too cheap to replace them, then buy black towels. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before over the 20+ years I've been getting my nails done!
At any rate, I will NEVER return and wanted to share my experience before you choose this salon. Save yourself time and money. Visit elsewhere!
