I gave this company 1 star only because I had to give them one-- I would give 0 if I could. For Over a year I have had to call every month to get my bill adjusted to the rate I was promised. Their customer service is terrible, they obviously have no accountability expected for their representatives, the representatives themselves can't explain why the bill is so high. The list goes on. I was told my rate would stay the same for 12 months guaranteed, then when it raised 13 dollars the next month after I was told that, I called and was told it was due to a "yearly rate increase" and that I would be paying the elevated rate (or more) for as long as I remained a customer. Needless to say... I cancelled my TV service. So they raised my internet service from $18 to $40 without the bundle. Unbelievable.
