I loved taking classes here as a student, now I am extremely blessed to be an instructor here. The staff and students are like family. I am lucky to be able to help students reach their physical goals as well as work on mental skills like focus, confidence, and self-discpline!

I've driven by this school many times, I decided to drop in to visit and learn more. Becca at the front desk was very helpful, they invited me to watch class and even said I could give it a try if I came by when adult classes were going on!

The staff here is wonderful! I immediately felt part of the family, great physical fitness and self-defense. The students are very welcoming and friendly.

Been going to SMA for the past two years great teaching and instruction. They not only teach karate but incorporate character into the lessons. Tom F. Been going there two years and never been asked to sign a contract.

Alex and his staff are amazing with the kids. We love the lessons and the after school program. We even use them for birthday parties :). They've made a huge difference in my five year olds focus and discipline. The values they teach are not found in other activities.

Best martial arts school in Stillwater, Ok! Family-friendly, positive environment with a caring and committed staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
