Received a $125. bouquet from them that lasted 4 days. Called to complain and they said that they don't guarantee it to last past the first day. Walmart flowers last longer than that. They say that they have the freshest flowers in Stillwater. Not even close. I have had flowers from other florists that have lasted far longer.

I bought some flowers from this store a few weeks ago and the experience stunk. Indifferent employees are almost worse than actively bad employees. It seemed like no one cared I was there to buy flowers. On top of that the flowers only lasted 2 days before wilting.

I used to buy a lot of flowers there but this morning I called early and instead of talking to someone or getting a message,someone picked up the phone and laid it on the counter. It was busy I could here the commotion but I sat for 22 minutes and still no one picked up the phone. That was rude and very unprofessional. I won't buy from there again I promise.
