This place doesn't stick to price quotes, I was given a price and then it was switched. I was also told to come in so Jim could take a look at my truck, it was a complete waste of my time. If I had bought the soft top from them they would have put it on. Well they didn't have what I wanted and it was overpriced as well. The guy Jim comes out and say's...oh I don't know what Soft Top I have or what I bought...I told him what the current top was, it was a Best Top and I didn't want a Best Top again because of the 2 year warranty when I got a 6 year warranty on the new one and it was cheaper, also they don't have tinted windows and I went with a Hartz top from Tops online and the guy acted as if I bought it in Chinatown. Jim tried to say in order to get out of the job for $180 which I definitely was told it would cost, by saying that...oh if you don't buy it here, we won't install it...which I was never told and his service guy never said it but they wanted $320.00 to do it. So next time you give a quote...stand by it and don't waste people's time...if you don't want to do the job...just say so, don't be a weasel about it, also get your stories straight before talking to potential clients. I'm in business and I have never weaseled out of a quote and hate those that do.
