By far the best place for water pipes at least 3 times what other shops in point have. Fair on price I go every sunday. Me and me friend call it church lol. Same dude is always their knows his glass and what I like. See ya next week!

Was sold broken glass, which upon selection did not appear broken. Guy wrapped it up, we went home and of course when we opened it noticed right away. We took it back the next day as it was later and were told " 15% off next purchase, no returns, no exchanges. It happens sometimes because we get 200 or so a week and that is why I have customers check them over befor buying". 1) didnt know of the no returns no exchanges policy 2) you did not have us look it over for cracks before buying 3) if it happens then why is 15% on a future purchase the only solution 4) by refusing to fix the issue and making excuses it seems like you might have broken it while wrapping it up. I can not emphasize how much I wouldn't give them a cent of my money again, and if you value yours dont either.

Best glass station around! Travel 30 minutes just for this place! Lyle is there every time we go and is awesome!!! Move him to rogers and open a store there!!!

Lyle definitely needs a raise. Best customer service. They make sure you're informed about the piece you're buying, usually give a cash discount. Top grade products with reasonable product. Lyle definitely has perfect customer service. Love all my pieces from here.

the glass station is terrible. period.

This head shop is by far the worst I've ever been to. I live in Milwaukee and have been in over 10 head shops and even the worst of them beats out the Glass Station in both service and glass quality. To start out the two men who usually sit behind the counter seem to think that their time is more important than yours. Getting them to do anything more than nod their heads is a goal not easily achieved. The glass is cheap enough but they overprice on the accessories. 15-20 for a downstem!!! If you are looking to buy a piece I urge you to gather your friends and take a road trip to the nearest town.
