I had an emergency extraction, due to severe mouth pain after eating from Chinese buffet , i considered it to be a bad tooth that needed extraction, as I am not very young any more 43 yrs of age. the girls upfront were very kind, it took 3 hours to get into see him all though I was an emergency call in. After filling out a very long questionnaire, I sat 2 more hours. I got in and waited about another 30 mins before I seen a dr. He then sat down looked into my mouth , poked at my teeth causing another chip in a good tooth, began the numbing shots, and pulled my tooth. after which he made a comment, don't go home eating more fried chicken, not sure if the remark was from his over all view of me, as being fruitfully fluffy, or if he knew this is what was causing the pain, either way, one maybe my tooth could of been saved? Same as the one he had chipped pressing on my teeth to find where the pain was? Two he could have brought it to my attention before extracting a tooth that cost me 378.00$ On disability and fixed for income, not to mention the pain he caused after the visit with the now newly chipped tooth. That i can not afford to fix. Which both could have been saved. Maybe he was looking at my wallet ? Because a tooth cleaning is more affordable then a tooth extraction? Or he has a problem with chubby people? How ever i felt i was ripped off, the service was poor, the comments were very rude, and i had more calls of trying to get me to come back in for more treatment then i had care at my first appointment. People wonder why I fear the dentist, if he isn't hurting me, he will drain me of all my income .. Wow Thanks for the sad shape you left me in, and thanks for the annoying calls to try and get me back, maybe you should have used all that energy on taking care of a patient who paid almost 400 $ for one tooth extraction, maybe they just might come back to be ripped off some more, who knows truly. Get back to school for some much needed people skills, and just maybe you might do a little better. PEOPLE BEWARE.

Doctor Dang is a very kind person and is very understanding of situations. He ensures his patients know all options before treatment and True Smiles also offers financing if you cannot afford your bill. During my tooth extraction today (6-25-12) I felt no pain and only a little pressure, I highly recommend this Dental Office to anyone who needs any type of dental care.
