I was with Safety Lawn for 7 years
Last couple of years were terrible
Stay away from this company people
All my neighbors canceled their service

This company does not do their job correctly. I would think a lawn company would recognize grub damage...nope, they just fertized my dirt! Had tons of crab grass and when I called, the women at the front desk were very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this company!

I would recommend safety lawn care to take care of your grass and trees. They will be spraying for my mosquitoes this year as well.

I am a new customer for this year. Had many companies in the past....not satisfied at all with the results or with the knowledge of the workers. Tru-Green was the worst of them. I chose Safety obviously because of the price....they beat most competitors. I looked at a few of the reviews but quite honestly I feel that reviews don't tell the true story. It's either these guys suck or these guys are great. Neither are very helpful. I decided to give them a shot. I've had a few applications now with Safety and so far I'm pleased. The lawn looks good with very few weeds. Their guys seem to know their stuff and are quite friendly. I really like the "mom and pop" feel to the company....huge contrast to the corporate attitude of most of the other companies out there.
All in all very pleased and looking to continue my services next season.

Been a customer for a number of years. Really pleased with my lawn. They come out and spray the weeds when I call them and they don't try to sell me a bunch of crap I don't need. If you're looking for a first rate service at an affordable price call these guys.

I've been a customer of Safety Lawn for a few seasons....the service is good, what u would expect from a professional lawn company. Most recently though and the reason for my review is my lawn developed an issue. I called to have a technician diagnose the problem. Within a couple days, Brian one of the managers came out and looked at and said that I had something called dollar spot. He was very thorough, showed me the grass blades that had the disease. Told me that a fungicide would be needed.
Being a skeptic myself, I went to the Internet to verify his claim. He was right on the money! I like the fact that he was honest and knew what he was talking about. I ordered the treatment and a couple days later they were out treating the problem. It has been 3 weeks now and it looks like the problem is gone. Thanks Safety lawn and thank you Brian for keeping my lawn looking great!

I was very pleased with the product "Moisrure Guard" that was recommended and applied to my lawn. This product is keeping more moisture in my lawn which in turn has lowered my watering in these dry months. Thank you

great service! I have had some issues on my lawn, but they have come back out and addressed them promptly. The manager, Brian, spoke to me about the sod web worm that I had and how they can treat it. Very knowledgeable and I appreciate that it was explained before they just took my money for another service.

I've had 2 other services try to fix my ugly lawn with every extra thing they could sell me. Safety has my yard looking the best it ever has!

Just started with this company, but so far, so good. Techs and office are very knowledgeable and helpful. My lawn was really dry because I don't have a sprinkler, so they recommended their moisture guard and the biothatch applications to help it along. Lawn looks beautiful now! Thanks Safety Lawn!

These comments are ridiculous, every company has a bad egg or two, and yes it is a shame when they're the ones cutting corners on your lawn. If you're unhappy, request one of their more experienced techs and forbid the lazy one from treating your lawn. Tom, Aaron, Brandon, and Brian all do great work. I'm very happy with their service

Feel like I've been ripped off! New to safety lawn and I recommended two of my siblings to go with them also. Pre- payed for the season and all three lawns have weeds & poor color. Called them 4 times during season about my concerns of weeds. They would come out and spot treat and 2 weeks later there would be brown spots where they treated. Their answer was always it was a dry season and weeds are bad (sprinklers ran all season!). Embarrased that I recommended this company to family. Family will not be using this company again.

BEWARE!!!!we caught/watched them barely fertilize our grass and called to inform them. Our neighbor used them as well and surprisingly called on the exact same day to complain!!!!All we got from them was Lie after Lie. No apology, no, let me figure out what happened, just excuses! That is when we decided to not let them fix/do what they were supposed to do in the first place, FERTILIZE our lawn!!!!!we then decided to cancel our service, only to be spoken to very rudely. She made it seem like their service was just not up to our standards. So what your saying is, we pay you monthly to provide a service and the second you don't do what you are supposed to do, it is our fault? I only wish we would have seen these reviews sooner. The best part was the bill they sent us in the mail stating it was our obligation to pay for service they did not provide. Well, isn't it your obligation to provide us with the service you promised? BBB will be contacted.

please do not hire this company, manager Kathy is so rude, and they using very cheap material for the lawn, last year i used this comapny for tretmaent of dollar spots and the manager was Brad he told me it is warranted for 2 years, the spot still spreding this year, i called kathy on the spring time to let her know, she said to wait till the summer, and when i called her today (July 28th) she answered with a wierd excuse that brad is not on her company anymore and she will do nothing and she hang the phone on me, please do not wast your money on this cheap company, they are bunch of liers, do not tell the truth

I have had them for the last 3 years and my lawns are nothing but drying out. My front curb has pretty much died for which I had to reseed it. Their customer service is horrible too.

They rope you in when they say they will do free service calls. But they don't come out to your house in time and by the time they do, its already time for their next application. I have had weeds growing in my lawn all over the place and they have not come out even after repeated calls over the past two weeks. They promise you a given date and they don't show up.

You basically have to baby sit these folks on their work and their application. I am not going to go with them because I am not satisfied with their job or even their applications.

I do not know what material are they using for application but the other part of my front lawn has died and it seems like I will have to reseed again next year. Not happy at all.

Mike the guy that speaks to customers. Has zero customer service. When I called in to speak to some one about the notes left by the tech. This guy just talks and doesn't listen. I Would never refer anybody to this business just because of him. Stay away from this company.

Great company and great service. I was skeptical about the price at first. (They offered me $118, the closest offer I received was $140). They did 5 applications the first year and turned my lawn into something to be proud of. I would recommend these guys to anybody who has a lawn!

This will be my 7th year having my lawn serviced with safety lawn care at my current address. After the first year you guys really helped us out and I look forward to another season. Love the referral discounts and drawings and the new apps

After calling SEVERAL lawn care companies, I compared prices and customer service (over phone) and decided to give Safety Lawn Care a try. Im very glad that I did! The technician I received was very knowledgeable and courteous. They turned my lawn from a 2 star lawn to a 5 star lawn! One reason I decided to go with them was the fact that they were a local, family owned/operated business. You just don't get the same treatment/attention from large corporations as you do local small businesses. I am very pleased with the price I pay and the service I receive. I am ECSTATIC about the results that I enjoy when I sit on my porch in the summer and realize that I have the best lawn in sight! I recommend Safety Lawn Care to all my friends and family and anybody looking. I read some of the other reviews and almost cant believe it!! My experience (6 years) with this company has been nothing short of FANTASTIC!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!

After numerous problems with Scott's Lawn Service in 2011, I made the switch to Safety after talking with their General Manager. I forget the mans name, however he was very kind and helpful. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness when I was turned over to their sales staff. When he told me his price, I was very reluctant and doubtful because of how affordable it was. Well, after my first 2 treatments of 2012, my lawn looks better than it ever has before. It's nice to know that there are still nice people out there who do GREAT work.
