Awful customer service!! 0 stars....

We came here to by a Tacori engagement ring. I had a specific one in mind. First we came for the Tacori event. We came from Canada. They assured us by phone they would have the ring I wanted to see and more. When we showed up, they did not have the ring available and we had to drive to the other location. I had spoken to the sales rep, Dennis, by phone and given him details as to my ring size and which model I was looking at. When I showed up, he said "oh, you are a size 5.5 right? That's what I have written down". I am a size 5, so I already knew there was going to be problems if he couldn't get that right. Anyways, we ordered the ring and he called my boyfriend to tell him it was in and gave the price. The price was almost $1,000 less than it was supposed to be. He said he would look into why, and call us back. Did not call us back for several days. We finally called him and he told us it was the wrong ring ordered. We had our own diamond and they set it in the wrong ring. Now it was going to take another couple of weeks to get it in. We still have not gotten the ring but I am worried it will be the wrong one again or wrong size. Anyways, they are horrible to deal with. They don't get back to us on time when they are the ones screwing up. Not worth the price you pay.......

I just wanted to know what kind of service they have, so I pretended to get a price for my basic rolex watch. He was so friendly, polite and helpful and took time to check my watch, and let me know how much money I would get If I sold it there.I told him that I was going to keep the watch.When I asked him whether I could sell my 23 karat gold neclace, he took time to find out how much I would get if I bring my neclace to them. I didn't catch his name, but whoever he is,he is one of the best employees that I have ever found. I was there to sell not to buy, but I still had a really good, even better service. According to my experience, they desreve 5 stars

What a disappointment! After hearing many positive endorsements from Mojo in the Morning, I encouraged my boyfriend to go look at their selection. We arrived at the store, and we waited over ten minutes for some one to acknowledge our presence. She asked what we were in the store for, and we mentioned we were looking for engagement rings. Her reply was, "I don't think we will have anything in your budget". Well, after hearing her rude response and having to wait for someone to acknowledge us, we left. WE happily purchased a ring at a different store, that had NO ISSUES accepting our money. Our friends just got engaged, and Lucido turned them away as well. I hope Lucido goes out of business because they are so stuck up on only accepting the wealthy.

Lucido's Jewelers in Sterling Heights are awesome. They have a great staff and know what they are talking about! They work with you and your budget. They are honest and upfront! Anyone who gives them a bad rating is because they are someone who expects alot for nothing. I would not go to any other jeweler but Lucido's. My hat is off to them. Can't wait to visit them today! They make shopping a pleasure!
