Excellent care, excellent overall experience. The facilities are modern, professional, comfortable and actually attractive. Every staff person I dealt with was friendly, professional and seemed well-trained and competent. Waiting time was quite short on both my visits and both doctors well wonderful - offering me a thorough examination, thoughtful questioning and sharing information with me clearly, and in-depth. On my second visit, I also used their in-house prescription filling. They don't process insurance for the Rx, but the price was exceedingly reasonable and I was able to get my Rx immediately and begin taking it right then. Far superior to Emergicare in Waynesboro or the clinic in the Waynesboro Walmart.

I have been to this facility about five times. The office is very clean, the bathrooms have always been very tidy.

The staff is very welcoming and professional. The wait time is very short, I have never waited very long to be seen. The care you get here is amazing. Getting xrays or tests is very quick and accurate.

They even give you a courtesy call a day afterwards to see how you are doing ! No doubt, this place will take care of things quickly and throughly. I have seen a doctor Michael (I do not know his last name) and he is a very professional, skilled, kind doctor.

This place was so horrible. I waited an hour to get registered and they weren't even busy. And during the registration the lady at the desk was so hateful and rude. She wouldn't listen to a thing I said when trying to explain about my insurance. I won't be going back. This is the worst place to go to if you need medical treatment.
