Jordan Belcher and Greenbrier Roofing were highly recommended to me by my realtor. When Jordan did the estimate for the job, he realized that there was evidence of hail and wind damage to the existing roof. He then coordinated with the homeowners association insurance carrier and was able to get the entire job covered by our insurance policy. Since I live in New York, I was unaware of the June storm and would have had no idea that insurance coverage was available for the roof work needed.



Jordan made the insurance claims process simple and efficient. Similarly, Greenbrier completed the job at an eleven unit townhome complex in a little over two days. The work was very well done with minimal disruption to the tenants of the complex.
