Finding reliable emergency medical technicians can be a hassle. You want your technicians to be trained and prepared when an emergency happens. That's why we provide comprehensive EMT training in Staten Island, NY. For more than 39 years, we've been striving to ensure all EMTs are ready to go into the field! Founded by Monte Posner in 1980, we began as a small group of Regional Emergency Medical Services Council (REMSCO) teachers before New York State started its official instructor curriculum. From there, we eventually evolved into an organization of knowledgeable instructors known as the Training Institute for Medical Emergencies and Rescue (TIMER). With that change, we retained some of our long-term staff, some left to follow their own paths, and we gained new trainers.
