This appraisal service is the worst company you can use. Please don't use them. They were hired by my bank to appraise my property. Some Jerk comes over with no pad or Pen. He took no notes, listened to nothing I said about the 140k in improvements I put into the house. He valued it at 700k, weigh below 3 previous appraisals done on the property that came in at 850k, 870k, and 900k. The bank did not use it and ordered a new one which came in at 905k. The Jerk even broke a 120.00 ornament in my house. All he did was waste my time. He was inexperienced and lacked the knowledge to do my appraisal. Thank goodness the bank immediately saw through this inefficient report. The bank reported him to the group that hired him for the bank and took him off their list of referrals.
