Store is organised and clean. Very convenient.
Great customer service.

10 days ago i went to this store at 8.15 pm i asked for help in the bath dept after they called by speaker several times no one came for 20 minutes i went to customer service i was told the person of the dapt was oot for lunch ( 8.15 pm)and they wiil try to send someone from another dept ! another 20 minutes went by no one came ,i went again to customer service (several employees talking ) and i was told they still trying well i left !i sent an e mail to the co. they answered saying ::::we informed the store mgr and you will be called within 24 hours ::::: well no one ever called i called back customer service and this was the answer ::::we informed the store sorry if they didnt call you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Great answer the store mgr overpowered if customer service whats use to complain?i told customer service their manager use a DISCRIMINATION POLICY by calling who he thinks is worth calling but they not even answered to this i saved my e mail that can back me up what ever i write i guess this is the reason this location has alots of complains look at the stars but LOWES DOESNT CARE !!!!!!!!
