!!!!!!!!!!! the young woman at the front counter! What a Rude employee let me tell you for such a brand new exciting place the young lady who worked at the front desk was not so great, I came in asking I guess one to many questions for her to handle you can tell by her face she was annoyed so when I asked if there was anyone else to speak to she said NO you speak to me I was appalled by such rudeness, so then I had asked for the tour when I got the tour of this place I was extremely impressed the lady who gave me a tour was very nice I stated to her I'd be interested in a birthday package she told me to speak to "Nelly" at the front desk I explained my complications with her already and she did apologize and say she doesn't know to much for pricing and how that works which wasn't helpful but she was a nice girl .. I come back to the front desk and the girl was on her phone with her music on and basically didn't acknowledge me there I'm not sure if she was ignoring me or if she didn't see me but that is by far terrible customer service if u ask me, so I told her I'd like to do a bday package she said " um well r u making a reservation" I said no not as of now she hands me a flier and goes "well give us a call n someone can help u then" I just walked out maybe I'll have better luck in the long island location !
