Do not waste your time or money. Horrible techs horrible service. And do not waste money on a service plan extended warrant because your appliance will never get fixed. They order the wrong parts and bill the service plan but never fix the dishwasher and that is if they even show up to look at it. Zero stars

Awful customer service! They missed my appointment today and instead of being apologetic, they were arrogant about it. I asked them to fit me in as planned and promised and they basically threw their hands in the air and said there was nothing they could do. Unprofessional and uncaring. Showed no respect for my time or day off. To make matters worse, in retaliation for the bad review I wrote on a different page, the owner of the company outright refused to remedy the issue or offer me another appointment. They should change their name to UN-dependable. Oh, and their website boasts rave reviews, but I note that one can not post a review to their website - but I found a website that has the REAL reviews. Other poor people like me who trusted them and got screwed: have a look if you doubt me:
