Hands down the worse groomer we’ve ever encountered. Their gross negligence was incomprehensible. Watched as their groomer and assistant let our dog fall off the table and hang herself. Luckily she was not killed but the ensuing month of medication and care for the dog was on them. Then had the nerve to lie to our face and say the dog falling off the table wasn’t the reason She couldn’t walk out of the groomer. Their reason was she was old dog. I wouldn’t trust this place to groom a stuffed animal let alone a living breathing one. Took them to court for the vet bill and they both had the nerve while sworn in to lie to the court. How would you trust your pets life to people you cant even trust to tell the truth. Stay far far away for yours and your pets sake.

Sophie actually races to the car when she knows she is coming here. She loves the people and the cage free environment. I feel she is in good hands and am not hesitant to leave her there.

Allison is one in a million... She takes such good care of my babies when they are in her care.. They come back to me looking so beautiful. The salon is decorated so pretty I am sure our furry babies love the decor :)

allison is fantastic, she loves the dogs, does a great job with her haircut and is a great people person.

I went to Bow wow for the first time yesterday. With My dogs Precious and Sparky. Upon my entrance the salon is beautiful, very stylish and very clean. Allison and her staff are very professional and welcoming. The receptionist was very gracious. Allison asked me how did I want my dogs hair to be cut. When I picked up my babies they looked amazing. What a great job she did. I'm so happy, with her she's young and she's hip. What a great job she did with my dogs. She even had a few dogs there at the salon that she was sitting for clients. My dogs were happy they were playing with the other dogs. It was cageless, in her shop. Bring your dogs to bow wow, Allison and her staff are Awesome. I wish her the best.
