Will never shop here again!!! Received shoes as Christmas gift that unfortunately did not work for my foot. Got to store and was told that I couldn't return them or even get store credit for something later because "they are a high end store". Prada even does exchanges and returns!! They only let me do an exchange because it was still within 2 weeks of Christmas but it had to be done right then. Purchaser was never told that this was their store policy. When we mentioned that, the clerk said he should have read the receipt after he bought the shoes. Horrible service....girl wasn't even going to give us back the price difference and then relented even though she said she could get fired....crazy!!

BEWARE! THIS STORE HAS A VERY POOR RETURN POLICY. THEY WILL ONLY GIVE STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.(NEVER GIVE YOU MONEY BACK). YOU ALSO MUST RETURN ITEMS WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OR YOU ARE STUCK WITH THE ITEM. THEY WILL NOT VERBALLY TELL YOU THIS.
