Zero or negative stars. The asian lady here is so horrible. So repulsive and stupid looking and acting. No concept whatsoever as how to use customervservice skills. Never smile big frown and a complete turn off. Horrible and inexperienced cleaners Asian lady. Makes you want to vomit just lookingbat how bad her service is. Avoid!!!! This cleaners has absolutely no good experience in doing any kind of cleaning nor repairing of clothes. All I asked was for a simple sew up of a hole that was in my pants or even a patch as I didn't want to waste the pants. Of course this redicoulous excuse of a cleaners had no other answer than "no no we can't repair." This cleaners doesn't even have patches to repair the holes of customers. I asked for various methods to repair and if she could do it. I seen many other cleaners repair simple holes and put patches on clothes. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANERS YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISSAPOINTED. this place is horrible. Rude, mean and I would definitely go elsewhere with my clothes....
