50% of the "staff" members are totally unprofessional and thoroughly incompetent -- if you're in need of extreme rudeness and the worst in treatment, Ft. Dump is your destination. Minimally, they are an embarrassment to the healthcare profession, and a suspension of their license until major revisions are made is mandatory.

I went to this hospital today due to my little boy being sick. This was the very worst experience I have ever had at an ER. Billie, the short blond nurse, that Is suppose to check you in shut the door in my face telling me I couldn't go back to my son. My son was brought to the ER by a relative and wasn't able to be treated till I got there and told them it was okay. But Billie refused to allow me to go back. How is this okay in anyone's world? You don't shut a door in a parent's face when their child is sick and in need of medical attention. I would never recommend anyone to go to this hospital. I would rather drive out of my way and risk death than to ever go to this hospital again.
