Horrible, Way over priced and bad work.

Stay away!!!!Do I have to give a 1 star. I will say they did take care of an emergency very quick I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Once i went in they did explain that they didn't accept my insurance. After that everything went off a cliff. They said they would glue my broke tooth back in after they took an X-ray and it would be $139. I was on the fence to wait until i got back to a dentist that accepted my insurance but I was OK with it. When I went back they took the X-ray and then told me it would be $210 for fill the tooth. I said I would just have it pulled and replaced with am implant so there was no need to fill it. So they wanted to charge me $180 so I agreed reluctantly. They finished gluing my tooth back in and i went to pay and they said it would be $311. So I will never recommended them to anyone to them and will stop everyone I can from going there. A major Rip off for 15 mins of work. They saw an opportunity and took advantage of it.

I went there 2+ years ago. I was told that I needed 2 root canals done and that I had 6 cavities. I did have the 2 root canals done by a endodontist because they attempted to do the root canal and couldn't. I had such a bad experience that I hadn't been to any dentist in 2+ years. I just went to Cahoon Family Dental in Stafford for a first time visit and cleaning. When I asked how many cavities I had, I was told I didn't have any!! I couldn't believe it. That's just proof that the Stafford Neibauer just wanted my money. I knew something felt shady about that place. I wouldn't recommend Neibauer to anyone!!

Customer service seemed great at first, and Dr. Forsyth was extremely kind. I had to have my appt's broken down into 2 different times. I was qouted a price for both appt's. When I went in for my first appt they told me I owed almost twice as much as what they had orignally said, and that was for one appt. So the lady at the front desk apologized for all of the confusion and fixed everything so the cost was what I was originally told. Well to make a long story short I paid that cost. There were issues with being able to get me the 2nd appt on a Sat so I told them that if they couldn't do that then I would just like to get my $$ back that I paid for the second appointment and I would go somewhere else. Amazingly shortly after I recieved a call from the manager saying the money I paid was only for 1 appt! AND she stated that there was no note in my file. Turns out that there was indeed a note in my file (I had to go in for them to fix the botched filling that they did) I know this because the lady who originally did the note was there. When I saw her I said "You were the one who put the note in" She apologized to me saying she was reprimanded for that etc. etc.

My point...if you pay for 2 appointments make sure you get a signed statement from a manager or at least 2 employees stating that you paid for two appointments. First they said I paid for 2 but once I started saying something about wanting money back they said I only paid for one!!!



STAY AWAY FROM NEIBAUER DENTAL CARE....OR AT LEAST THE ONE LOCATED IN STAFFORD!!!!



THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! AND HURT YOU!!!
