I am happy with their services and the appearance of place and friendliness and professionalism The only problem I have is the wait I had to wait about an hour

This practice is terrible. The equipment is old & gross, including the instruments they stick in your mouth. There were roach traps sitting on the window sill. Expect to get over-billed or just plain gouged if you have insurance.

Wow, what an absolute scam this place is. Had a consultation and was told I needed a lot of work (at 26 years old!) and about half was going to be out of pocket. Just in case, I had a second opinion with a Periodontist who is a family friend and they disagreed with Smile Design's "treatment plan". Called to talk it over with Smile Design and was treated with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cancelled all appointments and would NEVER recommend this "dentist" to anybody. SCAM.

The most unorganized OVER-PRICED dentist office I have ever been to! Its a small little place that has about 3-4 workers. The receptionist was supposed to verify if my insurance would cover laughing gas for my daughter. My appt was a month later. When I got there, the girl was gone on vacaion so they didn't know what was going on with my insurance. So they supposedly "wavied" it... but come to find out, they sent me a bill a month later for $110!!! They said it was for "spacers" but when I talked to "Jenn" she said SHE KNEW MY INSURANCE would not cover it, so why did they still put it in my babys mouth, then charge me for it? I would NEVER go back or bring them any business. PEOPLE BEWARE!!! Find a better dentist for you and your kids.
