Today I say 1star. The Asst. MGR Diana isn't customer service skilled! I usually enjoy shopping here or at least when she isn't here. I was waiting to be helped at register she comes up & just stands & looks at me , I had to say oh u going to help me? Couldn't tell me how much on gift card I already had! Huffing & puffing at register! Told me I had to get something of lesser value if I wanted to return an item! Finally talk her into a gift card return but she gives me less money. Asked why, she says its in sale. I checked it isn't & price is the same all month! Its only few cents but its the fact that she's been rude from the beginning!
