I didn't even want to give this location one star. Very bad customer service at the front desk. The manager Dawn is very rude and does not know how to run a business. She would not do an even exchange for me on something that was damaged. After hearing people talk at the front desk, they have a very bad employee turn around. Also, heard the front desk laughing and talking about one of the therapist who supposable has a,STD
