Provided by SuperpagesI used to be a huge fan of Carrabba's, but after a bad night there and asking to speak with the manager, it got even worse. He was rude, stubborn and unwilling to make his customers happy. He would rather be "right" (which he wasn't) than to have repeat customers. I will never go back and I'm making sure I tell everyone I know.

Provided by SuperpagesI found the service lacking and portions smaller than the other Carrabba's on Tyrone. Even when we ask for extra herbs for the oil dip, we barely get one-quarter teaspoon as if they were the one who had to chop it.
They refused to split our meal in the kitchen when that is never a problem at other stores. The side order of pasta was half the size of the other store, and would not let me have an extra biscotti with my cappuccino. The Tyrone store will give me as many biscotti as I want.
When we walked into the restaurant we were greeted with "Can I help you?" instead of the expected "Table for two?" That made me feel unwelcome. We should have turned around and left immediately so we would not have been so disappointed in our meals and the poor service.
Even though we live closer to the 4th Street Carrabba's, we will drive across town to go to the Tyrone restaurant.

Provided by SuperpagesCarrabba's is consistently good. Wonderful service, great food and wine, and attention to every detail makes dining here a great experience. We feel the cooks and wait people must have a very good rapport with the manager because it certainly shows in the food and attention to good service. We love it! Thomasina and Family
