Excellent customer service and price. Lot of negative reviews for this place almost kept us from booking but we had a great time. Definitely would recommend.

The people at Frenchy's are very rude and have no idea how to treat a customer, and will try to rip you off if they see an opportunity better to just good somewhere else and don't deal with these fools.

Very poor bottom line,Inspect your craft to the fullest or you'll get screwed hard

We rented a boat from Frenchy's Jet Ski & Boat Rentals and had a wonderful time. The boat was in great condition and the service excellent. The entire family was happy and we will be back next year!!! Thank you!

Really cool guy, love his french accent. My whole group was arriving late close to his closing hours but he stayed and didn't make a fuss. His helpers are really nice too.

Do not give your business to Frenchys, you are not welcome there. No customer service at all. Very rude and arrogant.

My advice to you Mr. Frenchy, you are in America now so don't be rude. Good customer service other than a good product is the key to a successful business. If businessmen in France don't treat their customers good, don't bring that culture here in America.

You should always wear a smile everytime a customer comes in. And don't be rude when explaining your rental terms. You should always make your client comfortable not scared so they would have fun.

The discount you are giving is not worth the bad treatment you give your customers.

to my knowledge frenchy nor his crew has ever self reviewed this company...i think we do a great job and the people who tend to leave dissatisfied are the people who also tend to break our equipment, ignore our rules, or think we are trying to rip them off which is NOT the case since the employees, not the owner check out the jet skis and boats upon return...the employees receive no bonus for finding broken stuff. So next time you think we are trying to rip you off, look at who is talking to you.

Frenchys has a reputatuion of being rude and abrupt with his clientele. I have experienced this and so have several of my associates and friends. The only bad review is accurate and it is quite evident that the other positive reviews were written from frenchy or crew, based on the obvious dialog. We choose other options since our experience a couple of years ago. Good luck.

We rented a boat this week-end at Frenchy's Jet Ski & Boat Rentals and it was a wonderful day! The boat worked good, was very nice and clean. We spent some time on Shell Island and we really enjoyed it. Employees were efficient and we really recommend this boat rental business. Steven.

Last Friday, I rented 2 boats from Frenchy's. In the beginning of the transaction, I felt that the owner, Frenchy, was already being rude. Nevertheless, we proceeded to rent the boats. At the end of the day, I pulled in to return the boat. As I docked, Frenchy and one of his crew member jumped in the boat and practically kicked us out. We had 6 children onboard and they were all sleeping and one of my guests, politely told Frenchy that the kids are sleeping and that he should not hurry us out. Frenchy, did not care and proceeded to hurry us out. On top of the rudeness, Frenchy accused me of staining one of the seats and attempted to charge me $250.00 to change upholstery. After I insisted that the stain was already there before we rented the boat, Frenchy became argumentative. He handed me a sponge and a bottle of Softscrub to clean it. After over 20 minutes of trying to calm Frenchy, he called his employee who gave us the boat and he confirmed that the stain was already there. Frenchy's grew more irate and walked away. To make a long story short, Frenchy did not even have the decency to apologize. If you do not want to be nickled and dimed, do not rent from Frenchy's Boat Rental. He is rude and lacks the customer service.
