My experience with Goedeker's was amazing. They had the exact dresser I had been looking for and it was the cheapest price through them. It was a typical delivery time of about a month, but they were extremely professional about delivery. They had great communication with me on who was dropping it off, how far away they were and everything. The dresser is in perfect condition and I really enjoyed my experience.

Awesome experience. Found exactly what I wanted for an absolute STEAL, and they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. 100% going back to them for my next furniture purchase.

I purchased a refrigerator through Goedeker's. They were very professional and they kept in contact with me regarding the status of my order. The were very clear in their description of what to expect with my refrigerator, as well as the time and expected shipping date. The product arrived as expected and their prices were very competitive (ie the cheapest for the same product compared to other big name companies.)

I ordered two items from Goedecker's at different times this summer. Both were promptly delivered to my rural home. The dishwasher works great, and I love the glider for my front porch. Thank you for the awesome service and prices.

The new refrigerator was easy to purchase, the price was less than the one I had to replace due to damage yet it was a newer model, and the communication I received left me feeling blessed to have picked the company.
I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who wants quality items at a great a competitive price.

Purchased a dual fuel KitchenAid range from their online site. Cannot be more pleased with the service before, during and after the purchase. They are a full service online retailer that goes above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction!!!

I made my first purchase from Goedeker’s and I couldn’t be happier! I ordered two sleeper chairs and they are beautiful, very comfortable and the quality is exceptional. They were by far the best price I found for the chairs. They shipped out on time and the delivery man was so nice. I will definitely shop and buy from Goedeker’s again!

I purchased kitchen appliances from Goedeker's and feel the prices were excellent on well-rated products. Free tax & shipping, too. My only caution is that it took 6 weeks for us to get our appliances. Not a big deal for us, as we're starting our reno next month, but if you need them quickly, this may not be the best option.

I ordered Queen 3 piece bedroom set. The set pieces were easy to build, the instructions were very adequate. But I did have issues with delivery. Seems like one of the packages was damaged when being delivered, which upset me of course. However, the service that Goedeker's provided was excellent. I was dealing with Brionna and her responsiveness and solution to the situation was immaculate (she deserves a raise!) I'm happy I went with Goedeker's. Their prices are very competitive and their selection is huge! I will definitely be selecting different products from them soon. Thanks Bri!

Goedeker’s steal your money. WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered a specific model and took screenshots and copied and pasted the model number on the checkout page and sent to my family to see. After checking out, they give you the order confirmation number and total paid, but they do not list the model number. I thought I was good to go, but after the purchase, they emailed me an invoice, on which they replaced the model I ordered with a worse model. Since I know I ordered the right model in the checkout process (copied and pasted it to family), I did not find the need to examine this invoice. When the unit arrived, I noticed it was the wrong model and immediately called before opening anything. They said since they emailed me an invoice with that model number on it (even though I DID NOT order that model) it was my fault for not checking the email, and they kept $250 of my refund for shipping and return shipping. They keep your money for THEIR MISTAKE. Worst business I’ve ever worked with.

As we were remodeling our kitchen we decided to change a few appliances out. When our local store Pirch provides horrible customer service and said our appliances won’t arrive till for 2 months because no one in USA has it we went searching. Found Goedeker's by accident but were so pleasantly surprised. Their customer service called the manufacturer and assured us that our product was in stock. We placed an order on a Wednesday and the item was delivered on following Tuesday. Once again when we decided we needed a Bevfridge Goedeker's delivered. Again customer service was superb and delivery swift. Would recommend them to anyone who is seeking great price, customer service and fast delivery. Thank you Goedeker's!!

I order appliances online all the time for my rentals and had a great experience with Goedeker's recently. They have great prices and all the major brands. It arriced pretty quick. There was an issue on one and they resolved it really well. Very happy with them and plan on using them for my future flips.

This was the first item I purchased from Goedeker's. I ordered a black stainless steel French door refrigerator. It was delivered on time and without a scratch. It took about three weeks from ordering online to delivery which was expected. The best part was the price and no tax.

Goedecker's had the best price for a Polk Audio S35 Center Channel. They also had free shipping and I received the speaker in less than a week. Outstanding!

I ordered three major appliances for a total kitchen renovation. I bought from Goedekers based on their 30day “shop with confidence guarantee “ and there was my mistake.
The dishwasher arrived staved in the upper left back corner and the seam was split. I immediately called Goedekers and was told that if I sent photos that they would “take care of it.” I sent photos immediately and after two days I sent an email asking for confirmation that they had received the photos..
Then Goedekers asked me if I still had the original packaging (I did) .
Then I was told that I had a 24 hour window to report the damage but they would contact a repair company to fix the staved in corner with leaking seam.
Within 15 minutes I heard from the repair person (by phone and by email) that they had said “over and over again “ that won’t fix these issues.
I was then told by Goedekers that I could pay $300 to return the damaged dishwasher AND spend $300 in shipping to have a new dishwasher sent out.
Now I am out my original purchase price, stuck with a leaking heap of junk, and still have to shell out more money for a dishwasher!
BUYER BEWARE! I will never, ever buy from Goedekers again!

This store is the master of the "bait & switch" which seems to be made necessary by their horrible inventory management system. They advertise items for sale at great prices, but they don't really have the items available to sell, and they don't offer any subtitutions or make any effort to hold up their end of the deal. Basically, they just tell you "tough luck" and blame someone else for the problem, such as the manufacturer. Specifically, I ordered a dryer at a great price on Black Friday weekend. I passed on other deals at other stores because I had ordered from Goedekers. Well, 4 days later, on Tuesday, I receive an email from them saying that there was a problem with my order, and that they were trying to call me. Which was a TOTAL LIE because I had no missed calls from any phone number in Missouri. So I had to take the initiative to call THEM to solve a problem that THEY caused. When I reached them, they told me that the product I ordered was discontinued and "Samsung didn't tell them". They sounded like petulant 5-year-olds trying to blame someone else when they got caught in trouble. They did not offer me any substitutions. Basically, they said "tough luck we don't have what you ordered during Black Friday" but maybe I could choose something else at their regular prices!!! I asked them if they would substitute a similar product since it was too late for me to buy from another store at Black Friday prices, but they said no. So now I have to pay several hundred dollars more for a dryer. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!

The Armen-Living-LC5005OTBR Victoria Brown Bonded Leather Ottoman we ordered shipped 4 days after purchase, and delivered 5 days later. We were very satisfied this delivered on time and in good shape. The color was very close, just a little darker on the website but not much. It looked great and was just a little more than the best price we found. The reason we went with Goedeker was their mission statement, "We believe everything we do should be for the greater glory of God. Our priority is to serve our fellow man to the best of our ability. We want our customers to see Christ in us and in everything we do." From what I understand, they will price match until you receive the product. I thought this gave a good time frame, though I didn't take advantage of it in time.

Goedeker's was the only place I could finally find the bed I had been searching for. Everywhere I looked had the bed listed as unavailable. When I placed my order, the bed was on backorder, but I received updates about my order and never had to question what the status was. They also offered the best price I could find. I will definitely shop here again!

My husband and I absolutely love this online store. The furniture is unique, high in quality and does not break the bank. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for some great pieces at an affordable price.

I just purchased a refrigerator through Goedeker's Internet sales. It's my first purchase of a major appliance through the Internet. John Corners took his time to make sure that all my questions were answered. The internet purchase and delivery went flawlessly. I was so impressed by my experience that I have been now telling my friends and family to shop at Goedeker's. I give them a five star rating without hesitation!
