Ive had one of the best times looking through the great selections that Beckstrom Fine Jewelers has to offer. They always have a great deal or price available whenever I need it. Its the one place that made my dreams come true for my wedding day. The perfect ring the way I asked for it to be designed at a reasonable price. Thank you Beckstrom Fine Jewelers for making my wedding day a special one. I will refer you to more of my friends.

Not knowing about many jewelers in this area, I stopped by this place to take a look at some engagement rings. Due to distance my soon to be fiance could not be with me. I asked to look at some rings and told the older gentleman about our (fairly large) budget. He refused to let me see any rings and told me I could only come back with my fiancé. He was so rude I left the store crying. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I am warning all of my friends about this place and their terrible service, no bride should ever have to feel like garbage. I'm surprised they can even stay in business.

I was taken in by their pretty jewelry and great prices, but then I realize the old adage, you get what you pay for. The rings have turned my fingers green and black their service is not really what you would expect from a "fine jeweler". I am not sure I am going to keep what I bought if they can not guarantee the problems are fixable and I will not go back after all is said and done.
