Stopped in to have tire checked for leak. Car was due for its service soon, and Mark was able to get me a loaner car and take care of everything at the same time. Thank you for making this so easy for me. AMAZING service here always.

This was the second vehicle that we purchased from St. Charles Mercedes-Benz and the experience only got better. With our first purchase Carol did an outstanding job of showing the vehicle and telling us about the advantage of being a member of the St Charles MB group. The second purchase as even better because we already knew Carol and were treated as a member of the "family." Your entire organization worked with us to get the car we wanted with the enhancements we wanted. After the sale, everyone from Carol through your service department worked with us and 3-4 independent organization to coordinate implementation of the extras we had requested. While the experience with our 1st purchase was great, the 2nd was even better. Thank you Carol and the entire St. Charles, Mercedes-Benz organization.

I previously owned a 2009 smart (from another dealership) and when I come to this dealer for service I was very impressed. Erv was very friendly and helpful as was everyone I came into contact with. So when I decided to upgrade to a 2013 smart convertible it was a "no brainer"! Joel my salesman was so nice, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The finance manager, Gene, explained everything regarding the purchase of the car in terms that everyone can understand. It was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Stress-free and actually fun. Even the general manager of the dealership made a point to welcome me to "the family". Never had that happen before. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car or for service. They are very focused on building lasting relationships and it shows. It is nice to deal with a business that genuinely cares about it's customers.

Mark M. In the service dept. is incredibly professional and efficient. He kept me informed on what was happening in the process of my repairs. The process is new to me and he was available to give advise and really made me feel comfortable.My daughter died last year and the pouch oI keep her wedding and engagement ring in somehow fell out in the loaner car. Mark called me about it before I even realized it was gone. I'm so grateful for getting it back and for everything he did to make the process a great one.
