I give it one star, because I couldn't do anything lower. Do your still a favor and avoid renting a car from this location. Absolutely POOR customer service. They don't answer the phone. Cars aren't clean or filled up, and you will wait 30 minutes plus for a pick-up even if you are located only 10 min. aways and call them the day before. I will never rent another vehicle from this location again!!!
