Your initial impression of the business when booking the move reservation is a positive one. However, there is a SIGNIFICANT disconnect on your move day and when the team actually arrives. One, if the team arrives on the day you originally scheduled consider yourself blessed. Two, if you do not have to ASSIST the team with the move when they FINALLY arrive (an hour late of course) consider yourself doubly blessed. Finally, when you receive the bill for the move (which was not the day originally scheduled and an hour late) - you'll want to die so be thankful you are blessed...
