I was a loyal paying customer for around five years. When it was time to remove my items from storage, there were insects and rodent droppings everywhere. When mentioned to owner, was told it was not his responsibility to call us every few months to put down rodent traps. Was cursed out by the owner re: disposal of some items left in unit, although we ended up taking care of this at our own cost. EXTREMELY unprofessional....go somewhere else, both for the sake of your stored items and being treated like a paying customer.

Read you contract carefully as the owner is not responsible for the rodents that are numerous and no dumpsters are on site. If you want your items in good repair and useable then this is not the place.
