All Seasons Tree Service took down my Mom's old silver maple tree and damaged her sidewalk. The sidewalk was not damaged prior to the tree being cut down. All Seasons states the damage was pre-existing and was previously patched. Also says it was from root damage and then in the same sentence states, "This is why I didn't want to put wood on concrete, customer insisted on placing wood on side walk." So are you admitting that the cracks were caused by the wood being placed there??? Why don't you just fix the very small area of damage? Very poor customer service-won't admit fault and fix. This tree was 50+ years old - put in when the house was built, and so were the sidewalks. Crew was professional and did a good job, but its a shame that my 80 year old mother now has to deal with a broken sidewalk where three huge pieces of wood were deposited.
