Due to unknown and unexpected road closure I was 7 minutes late for my appointment with Jess. I called from the parking lot as I noticed I had 2 calls from Karma. The receptionist tells me my appointment needs to be re-scheduled as I am late. I explained what had delayed me and the fact that it's only a few minutes. She didn't care one iota and repeated that I had to re-schedule. I live in Republic so it's a commitment to drive all the way out to where Karma is located. Due to her attitude I told her I will NOT be back and therefore will not re-schedule.
