I was very happy with the experience at Forest Park Eye Care. I brought in my prescription for glasses with no idea what kind of frames I wanted. Brenda from the optical staff helped me pick out a very cute black and white pair. She answered all my questions regarding what type of lenses to get. We even exchanged stories about our daughters. It felt more like hanging out with one of my girlfriends than picking out glasses. It was a great experience overall.

I was very pleased with my visit. it was my first time at this doctors office, The front desk staff made checking in so easy and fast. I felt I recieved a very thorough exam, much better then my previous doctor. All of my glasses quesitons were answered and I was thrilled with the prices. I would tell anyone I know to go here!!!!

As a new patient, I took my 4 year old daughter and made an appointment for myself.

Every single person in the building went out of there way to smile and be friendly to a not-so-happy little girl. I was so impressed! My daughter left asking "When can we go back and see all my new friends?"



As for my experience, everyone explained things in a very easy to understand manner. They had all the newest computer equipment and the doctor explained everything to me very patiently.



Insurance and my copay, I was out in a flash. I am nor sure what the older reviews were referencing, but my experience made me want to write a review. Well Done!

Office staff was inept and clueless! Rude, unsympathetic, poor customer service! After 4 visits to the office and countless phone calls, I was still without a pair of glasses. I called another local eye care office, got an appointment the same day, and was able to order the glasses that the staff at Forest Park Eye Care informed me that my insurance wouldn't cover, and received them 3 days later. Look for another eye care provider - skip Forest Park Eye Care!
