Well went in a payment today and we never been late. But this month we was late as soon as we walked in with the payment. Mind u this loser manager started talking why u late. This cant b happening rejected. My payment and throw my money at me and said we coming to get the bedroom set we been a arrons costermer since 2000 at the state st store we never had a issue these people need training on how to treat people. I was going to kick his ### andi did lose my temper. But how would. U feel if some one threw your money at u so now the bedroom set sits in my back pouch and i rented a new one from arrons on state st better store f##k them dude's.

Ive been to a different aarons store where i had such a terrible experience. However i decided to give tbis store a chance and the experience was so much better...the managers and the sales associates were friendly and professional and helped me get a great deal on an awesome computer.

I request a quote on April 19. No response as today may 11. Call the april 21 to ask for a quote and order a living room set. This girl name eillen say the will order it on Friday. Norhing call thwm back she say oh I forgot ro put it in the schedule. Looser. Wednesday come nothing. Same person say oh I never say for wensday is tomorrow Thursday. What a bounch if bolognie. Bittom line they keep changing say. Never call me to delivered. Lie to me r hat all trucks are broken. 5 min truck when by. My street I had beenba costumer for 13 year paid on time. Never late never return merchandise. The lost as a customer for ever. The one in Holyoke re the best. Trust me.
