I called DCS Alarm not knowing what to expect. I had also called a couple of the bigger name companies in my area who bad mouthed all other companies however, the bigger companies were very pushy and couldnt even give me an up front price with out coming to my house to pressure me more! DCS gave me an up front price over the phone with out hesitation. The technician was very professional and arrived at the time he said he would. He explained to me very clearly how to use the system and even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had problems or questions! I have had them for around 6 months now and have never felt safer! THANKS DCS!
