Patrick Rotherham. Refused to answer my call, make repairs, forgot I paid rent, and would not give me back my security deposit. I would not rent from him. I have had good dealing with my previous landlords. I cleaned and made repairs before I left. He told me I didn't even have to do this as he was trying to sell the house. I gave him my new address to get my security deposit back. He never sent it, refused to answer multiple calls/text messages, and wouldn't answer the door when I went to his office. I have no clue what happened. He could have at least answered my phone call to give me an explanation or itemization if there was damage to the house.
