I had Rick Ray put in an outside access to my sewer system with a 3 year guarantee. 2 yrs. and 2 months passed and I had trouble with my sewer backing up in my basement on a Thursday evening. I called Mr. Ray the next morning and told him about the problem and reminded him about the guarantee. He said he would be out that afternoon and would call me before he came out. I took the afternoon off of work to be there. I never received a call. Then at 5pm I called his phone without an answer. I called the after hours number at 6pm. no answer and he didn't call me back. I then called twice on that following Saturday without a call back from Mr. Ray. I had to deal with the back up problems all weekend. Not Happy. I then called again at 8am the following Monday. He answered the phone and told me he wasn't coming out to unclog the pipe. We talked and he agreed to come out later that afternoon and call me before his son would arrive at my house. I kept waiting and waiting but no call. So, when 4pm hit, I called another plumbing company and they were at my house by 6pm to take care of my problem. This is Tuesday, july 19, 2016 and I still haven't received a call from Rick Ray to help me out. So, 2 times he left me hanging without a phone call to even tell me he wasn't sending someone out. No return calls or guarantee backed up by him.
