My macbook crashed, and thought I would go to an " authorized mac" store. Huge mistake!!! they charged me almost 700.00 to get it running again and still couldnt retrieve my memory. when I get it home i cant even use it because after filling out 20 minutes of paperwork where i had to give them all my info. passwords name etc. on 2 different forms they still spell it wrong and wouldnt let me log in. now its up and going and this thing is a piece of junk. i will never use them again!!!!
