They cancelled my appointment the day before my first appointment because I questioned why they couldn't pull the teeth the same day. My insurance said I didn't need pre-auth as the office claimed. Off to find someone who understands you just can't keep waiting when you have already gone through 2 absesses during the 2 months wait. There is only one reason to insist on a patient waiting beyond that appointment and that is money hungry.

My Son had all 4 if his wisdom teeth extracted today. Dr. Jensen and his staff were wonderful! We were both nervous but they did a great job putting us at ease. I love that Dr. Jensen takes time to speak to you and explain everything!

Went to Dr. Jensen for a bump/cyst on the roof of my mouth which was infected because of a dead root on a nearby tooth. After a thorough consultation (which they squeezed me in for) I was pleased with the procedure he chose. I finished the root canal process & saw Dr. Jensen the day after. I was put at ease right away. Dr. Jensen & his staff that I had contact with were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend him. Thanks again. ����

Went Dr Jensen to get a tooth pulled that a neighboring Dental had botched. Dr Jensen and his staff were great. Tooth pulled to pain and feeling good again Thanks to Dr Jensen and staff.

My daughter’s wisdom teeth 1...

My daughter’s wisdom teeth 17 and 32 were evaluated by Drs. Weber and Ritchhart as partial bony impacted and thus eligible to be removed under my med. plan. Teeth 1 and 16 were not covered. We could not get an app’t with the other doctors until Nov. 2012 whereas Dr. Jensen could see us right away (Sept.). We went with Dr. Jensen but he coded all her teeth such that the medical ins. did not cover it which cost me an unexpected extra $850. Benefit of the doubt went to insurer and not patient.



I realize there is some subjectivity to these calls, but the other two doctors came down on the side of two of the teeth being covered and we would have waited until November had we known that teeth 17 and 32 would have been coded such that they were not covered. My insurance company (Aetna) paid so little in claims (less than 85% of their premiums) in 2011 that they triggered a penalty from the federal government. When a call can be made either way, it's nice if the benefit of the doubt goes to the patient and not the insurer.



Other than the unexpected extra $850, the staff was professional and the surgery went well with no problems.
