Excellent! Absolutely the BEST!!!

Best Eye Clinic in town hands down! Friendly staff! Very professional! Excellent service! Optical has everything and opticians are great also! Couldn't be more pleased

Good doctor-terrible staff. The staff seems ill trained in both customer service and knowledge. Had my son's eye exam and staff didn't know how to work with a 5 yr old even though they say they get little kids all the time. Received a bill 2 months later with no insurance on it even though I gave them my card. Called them and they were clueless about insurance, tried to tell me my insurance doesn't cover. I had called my insurance prior to my exam and made sure they were under my plan, had my plan number, etc. When I talked to the eye office, they didn't even take that information even though I offered. They keep trying to tell me my insurance doesn't cover but don't bother to take the information that would tell them that my insurance does. Seems like they just want my money without the extra effort of billing my insurance. Don't go here. The doctor is good, too bad his staff is so terrible I'll never come back.

Went to get my son's eye exam for school. Staff was not well trained to check a 5 yr old's eyes. He is very shy of new things and this was his first eye exam. Though they say they do kids' exams all the time, they must be teens or older. Had to come back again to complete his eye exam because they could not get him to open his eyes for the eye machines. Even with the second exam, was told it may not be completely accurate because he did not read all the letters/numbers on the eye chart. (He is 5 years old.) Then 2 months later, received a bill with no insurance on it even though I gave them my insurance card. Called them, they were not helpful and seems not knowledgeable either in insurance information. Tried to make up about my insurance not paying. I called insurance before I talked to them and got all the correct information, including they are on the plan, plan number, ID number. When I talked to the eye office, they didn't even ask for the information even though I offered.

The staff was friendly. I gave a poor rating because my lenses weren't correct. I wasn't spoken to much at all about my eye sight during the exam. Rushed in, and had my eyes dilated with out warning - so I couldn't return to work and had to take the rest of the day off unexpectedly. I went back to my previous eye doctor who I no longer have coverage with through my insurance. I'll pay out of pocket going forward.

I had previously contacted the office regarding new lenses that I had been fitted with and they were not accurate. Contacted the business on more than one occasion and was not willing to pay for the lenses until they were corrected. Was told to pay for them and then they would re-check. Now that a year has passed with NO resolution I've been turned over to a collection agency and I have refused to pay at all. I'm not pleased with the results of this office and will not return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Henderson's for several years now and he is the most thorough doctor I've ever been to. He will take his time no matter what the situation to make sure you understand everything he's explained to you. He is so knowledgeable in all areas of the eye as well as just general health and well being. He is NOT quick to do surgeries or prescribe things unnecessarily. The optical dept staff is equally wonderful as is the front desk staff and nurse, etc. Wonderful clinic!!
