We have been a customer at the North Grand location since the late 80's. Today, we received a call saying we returned an empty case without the game. My wife and son went into the store WITH the case AND the game. (obviously it wasn't the game we rented). The lady who waited on them would not listen to them even with the game and case in their hand. She suspended our account (even though the game wasn't due until midnight tonight). She was quite rude. When my wife said we were mistreated and wouldn't be back, she said just go. She then called the police as my wife and son left the store. Atrocious customer service. Bad for any customer, let alone one who had patronized the store for over 25 years.
