my order was done wrong

horrible customer service

the manager is a real jerk( the owner's son)

I have been to this location 4 different times since it reopened under different management and it has not improved.I ordered a large pecan cluster blizzard to be made with cone dip and butterscotch and a small crunch cone. Lady handed me the not so crunch cone very little crunch. I waited and waited. My daughter was in line behind me and ordered a small cup of ice cream a chocolate extreme with added reeses peices and a banana cream pie blizzard. Before I got my blizzard my daughter was handed her cup of ice cream and 2 ladies that were behind my daughter in line got their order.. My daughter still didnt have anymore of her order. She heard the guy that took my order ask the lady who was making these things if she got the pecan cluster blizzard and she responded yes,he then said did you make it with cone dip and butterscotch and she only give him a funny look.I finally got it and just as I expected it was not made the way I requested. My daughter got her order and I said lets get out of here ,I will never come back. This order so small took 15 minutes to get.which is a little extreme.This is poor bussiness.Then to add to the frustration there is a heavy girl by the name of nicole who has a big attitude issue.She needs to be somewhere in the back where she is not to be seen or heard.
