The Decatur Bob Evans has gone back down hill again. Couldn't believe the poor service and the unappetizing food that they tried to serve to my 84 year old father. My sister had to complain to them and they just shrugged it off. As soon as they get some management there things improve but as soon as they go it's down hill again. Hope that you can get it straightened out AGAIN. I wanted to get gift certificates there for Xmas but not now.
