BEST customer service I have ever had at an A T &T store!!! After experiencing difficulties with brand new equipment at another location a friend strongly recommended the SW Plaza, Veterans Pkwy, location. Daniel Hardin and Joe Rudis both assisted me. They were kind, returned the malfunctioning equipment, replaced it, installed the software while making sure the sound and SIM card were functioning well. They also saw to it that I got the very best deal possible. While I was there, several other customers came in declaring this was the best store, with the best service. All masked, curbside service available, more than adequate spacing inside. No long waits!
