I'm giving all of AT&T a one star rating due to their lousy automated phone system. I need to speak with a real person in the brick and mortar store associated with a specific phone number. One small problem: the automated phone system refuses to give me such an option. I have to resort to pretending I want to purchase a new service from AT&T in order to a real person at the address associated with the phone number I dialed. Customer service for existing customers: #Fail

WHEN I GO INTO THIS ATT@T WIRELESS STORE,THE AGENT ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ARE ABLE TO HELP ME WITH MY WIRELESS NEEDS.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND THIS MAKES ME FEEL THAT I'M AN APPERICATED CUSTOMER
